Owner/operator of Healthy Habits by Kyme..I started my fitness journey in 2017 and I weighed 214 pounds! I had high blood pressure, borderline diabetes, and low self esteem. I was officially "Sick and Tired " of myself. I began to work out 6 days a week and eat right. Before I knew it I was down 72 pounds! After my weight loss ,many people began to ask me about my diet and from there I decided to make food for other gym patrons and Healthy Habits has been here since. I have a passion for nutrition and fitness and I love helping my clients with both.I am truly walking in my Purpose and I can't wait to see what's in store for Healthy Habits. Kimberly Ellis-Rhea is a Nutrition Coach and Certified Trainer. She prepares her meals in Reynoldsburg. Kim holds a Cottage License with the state of Ohio and is ServSafe certified.

Most meals are $5 and are under 400 calories, low sodium, low fat and low carbs. We do not do keto, gluten free or calculate macros. Meals are fresh for 7 days in the refrigerator and 30 days in the freezer. We offer delivery within 40 minutes of Reynoldsburg. There is a minimum order of ten meals for delivery and there is a $10 delivery fee for those who live around 270. If you live outside of 270 but still within 40 minutes of Reynoldsburg, the delivery fee is $20. Pick up is in Reynoldsburg.
